Objective To study the change of the vaginal microecology after induced abortion and discuss the clinical effect of living preparation of lactobacillus in regulating vaginal microecology and preventing and curing vaginitis.Method The measurement of vaginal pH degree and bacterial culture were peformed respectively in 60 cases of normal healthy women,60 cases of early pregnancy women and 60 cases of women after induced abortion.Besides,80 women without vaginitis who accepted induced abortion were allocated into two groups randomly. The experimental group was treated with living preparation of lactobacillus for 10 continuous days while the control group was given nothing. The leucorrhea examination was performed after 30 days.Result Detectable rate of vaginal lactobacillus in women with induced abortion was lower significantly than that in pregnant women and normal healthy women(P0.01) while vaginal PH degree was higher than that in both the other groups(P0.01).The vaginal pH of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P0.01).The rate of I and II vaginal clean degrees in experimental group was higher than that in the other group(P0.05),while the morbidity of vaginitis in experimental group was lower than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Induced abortion can lead to vaginal dysbacteriosis and make the women to be sensitive to vaginitis.Application of live preparation of lactobacillus in women after induced abortion can adjust vaginal microecology and reduce the morbidity of vaginitis.
