摘要
目的:比较复方甲硝唑片及乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的疗效及成本-效果。方法:将147例患者随机分成2组,分别口服复方甲硝唑片及阴道内用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗BV,并运用药物经济学成本及成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:两组治愈率和总有效率基本相同,分别为82.35%、78.78%和92.43%、94.12%;复方甲硝唑组的复发率为28.57%,显著高于乳杆菌活菌胶囊组的7.69%;两组的成本-效果比分别为1.06和2.22,复方甲硝唑组的成本低,但乳杆菌活菌胶囊组随成本增加,效果反而降低。结论:复方甲硝唑片及乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗BV的疗效基本一致。复方甲硝唑片成本低;对那些不能应用甲硝唑的患者,乳杆菌胶囊可作为一种替代性治疗药物。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect and cost - effectiveness in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis （BV） with compound tablet of metronidazole and capsule of lactobacillus. Methods： One hundred and fortyseven cases of BV were randomly divided into two groups and treated with oral compound metronidazole tablet （group A ） and lactobacillus capsule for vagina （gYoup B） respectively, The cost- effectiveness of the two strategies was an- alyzed and evaluated by pharmacoeconomics. Results： The cure rates and general response rates in the two groups were familiar, being 82,35% in group A and 78.78% in group B, and 92.43% in group A and 94.12% in group B. The relapse rate （28.57%） in group A was significantly higher than that in group B （7,69%）. The cost- effectiveness ratios of metronidazole and lactobacillus were 1.06 and 2.22 respectively. The cost of metronidazole in the treatment of BV was lower than that of lactobacillus, Contrarily, the cost of lactobacillus increased as the effect decreases. Conclusion： The curative effects of metmnidazole is similar to lactobacillus. Although the cost of metronidazole is lower than that of lactobacillus, it is suggested that lactobacillus should be an alternative if the patient affected by BV could not accept metronidazole.
