摘要
目前.有关高职院校教师专业实践能力的研究取得了一定成果,主要表现为内涵探讨越来越深入,问题剖析越来越清晰,培养途径越来越广阔,政策措施越来越可行;研究中同样存在一些问题,主要表现在研究角度比较集中,研究方法相对单一,缺少典型案例的总结与研究,培养机制研究很不深入,形成机制研究非常缺乏。
Right now, the research of higher vocational colleges teachers' professional practice ability achieved certain achievement: more profound connotation and more problem analysis has been discussed; more training approaches and more feasible policies have been created. While, there are also some problems in this field, mainly displays in study Angle are centered, research method is relatively single, typical cases are poor summarized, cultivation mechanism research is not deep, forming mechanism research is still lacking. Therefore, combing research status and reflecting on the existing problems has certain reference value.
