摘要
针对文献提供的活塞压缩机容积系数的确定与容积系数定义不相符问题,根据容积系数定义及气缸实际工作情况,用热力学基本关系式推导出了含有进气阻力损失的容积系数计算公式,定量分析了名义进气压力、名义压力比、膨胀指数和相对余隙容积对进气阻力损失引起的容积系数计算偏差的影响,最后,举例分析了这一偏差对确定气缸行程容积的影响,可以为活塞压缩机热力设计提供参考。
In view of the disagreement between the volumetric coefficient calculation and its definition for a piston compressor, a new formula having an intake pressure loss factor is deduced for calculating the volumetric coefficient by using fundamental thermodynamic relations and with basis of the volumetric coefficient physical meaning and the practical working conditions of the piston compressor cylinder. Effects of some parameters including the nominal suction pressure, the nominal pressure ratio, the gas ex- pand exponent and the clearance factor on the relative difference between the volumetric coefficients especially calculated by expression (1) and (7) are quantitatively analyzed. At the end, taking an L-type piston compressor thermodynamic design as an example, the effects of the difference between the volumetric coefficients on the cylinder swept volume determination is calculated and analyzed, which may be a valuable reference for piston compressor thermodynamic design.
