摘要
SAF2205、SAF2507采用SMAW焊接方式焊接,对焊接后母材、焊缝、热影响区的组织和性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:两种材料的焊缝区以及热影响区的组织形态差别较大,SAF2205焊缝区和热影响区的组织与SAF2507相比较粗大,并且显示有魏氏组织特征;SAF2507热影响区的相比例受焊接的影响较小,相比例更加稳定;SAF2205热影响区的力学性能受焊接加热影响较大;SAF2507母材、热影响区和焊缝的耐蚀性都远好于SAF2205对应区域。
The microstructure and properties in base metal,weld seam and heat affected zone of SAF2205 and SAF2507 steel welded by SMAW were analyzed comparatively.The results show that the microstructure of two materials in the weld seam and heat affected zone are different.Compared with SAF2507,the microstructures of SAF2507 weld seam and heat affected zone are larger,and show widmanstatten structure.As for SAF2507,the phase proportion of heat affected zone is less affected by the welding,and is more stable.As for SAF2205,the mechanical properties of the heat affected zone is more influenced by welding heat.The corrosion resistance of base metal,heat affected zone and weld seam of SAF2507 are much better than the corresponding areas of SAF2205.
