摘要 在对汽车用国产800MPa级双相钢的电阻点焊工艺性能进行深入研究中,对不同工艺条件下点焊接头显微组织、焊接接头力学性能以及断口形貌等进行了分析。结果表明:该实验条件下,最佳点焊工艺参数为:焊接电流9kA,焊接时间12周波,焊接压力3.0kN;双相钢点焊接头的断裂方式以韧性断裂为主。 The resistance spot weldability of DP800MPa-level and the metallographic morphology microstructure and mechanical properties of spot welded joints were studied.The results show that,the optimum process parameter is welding current 9 kA,12 frequency welding time,weld pressure 3.0 kN.The fracture model of dual phase steel spot welded joint is dominated as ductile fracture.
