摘要 目的:探讨骨肿瘤复发前后在细胞的多药耐药性和凋亡方面的变化。方法:应用免疫组化和流式免疫学方法测定P170、bcl-2蛋白在8例骨肿瘤复发前后的16个标本中的表达,男6例,女2例。年龄平均306岁。良性肿瘤2例,恶性肿瘤6例。结果:2例良性肿瘤在复发前后P170、bcl-2蛋白表达无明显差异。6例恶性肿瘤中,原发仅2例P170为阳性,复发后5例为阳性;复发后bcl-2含量明显高于原发(P<005)。结论:恶性骨肿瘤复发后细胞的多药耐药性和增殖能力有增强的趋势。 Objective:To investigate the changes of multidruy resistance and cell programic death recurrent bone tumor.Method:Using immunohistochmistry and flow cytometric method.The expressions of p170、bcl-2 protein in 16 samples from 8 cases of recurrent bone tumor were measured.There were 6 in males,2 in females,and with the mean age of 30 6 years old,there were 2 in benign,6 in malignant bone tumor.Result:There were no different expressions of P170、bcl-2 protein between the primary and the recurrent in 2 benign tumor.In 6 malignant tumors,only 2 were positive expressions of p170 in primary,5 in recurrent.The bcl-2 content in recurrent tumor were much higher than that in primary( P <0 05).Conclusion:the multidrug resistance of the recurrent malignant tumor were enhanced and the cell programic death of malignant tumor cell were inhabited.
