Energy Saving Strategies Analysis of Chemical Technology and Their Applications in Batch Liquid Phase Bulk Polymerization of Polypropylene

摘要 根据石油化工行业用能的特殊性,从加强能量的高效转换和传输、先进工艺的开发与应用,能量回收与充分利用等方面说明化工行业的节能措施。同时以间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯生产工艺为例,对应地提出采用新型催化剂、实施智能控制、高效换热设备、传热设备的维护与清洗。并计算了采用预测性控制技术、U形冷却管替换指形内冷管和有机蒸汽膜回收丙烯等措施降低间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯生产工艺的能耗的效果,结果表明,这些措施能有效地降低聚丙烯生产能耗,提高经济效益。 Based on the particularity of chemical industries,their energy saving strategies were comprehensive introduced in the paper,such as enhancing the energy transformation ratio,research and fully utilization of advanced technical and recycle and utilization of energy.Taking batch liquid phase bulk polymerization of polypropylene as example,the utilization of novel catalyst,intelligent controls,high efficient heat-transfer equipment,maintenance and clean of heat-transfer equipment and recycle of propylene by organic membrane correspondingly.The energy saving efficiency of predicting control technology,U cooling tube replace finger cooling tube and recycle of propylene by organic membrane is calculated respectively.Results indicate that these strategies can efficiently decreasing the energy consumption and increasing the economic benefit.
