摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法对肾衰灌肠液中主要成分大黄素进行含量测定，方法简便，结果可靠，可作为控制该制剂的质控方法。
The dual - wavelength TLC - scanning methed was developed for the determination of emodin in renal failure enema. The method is simple, reliable and provide a basis for quality control of this pharmaceutical preparation.
