摘要
目的：观察扶正缓调法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法：将119例患者随机分为治疗组60例，对照组59例。在常规用药基础上，治疗组加服补肾解毒颗粒10-20g，日1～2次；病重者，辨证加用肾衰灌肠液Ⅰ、Ⅱ号，高位保留灌肠。对照组加服包醛氧淀粉10g，日3次；大黄胶囊2粒，日3次。结果：治疗组Scr、Ccr、Hb、24h尿蛋白含量等指标改善程度及近期、远期疗效均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论：扶正缓调法可显著改善肾功能，提高生存质量，延缓尿毒症的发生。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of method of reinforcing the healthy qi and slow regulation in treating chronic renal failure. Methods： 119 eases were randomly divided into two groups： the treated group （60） and the control group （59）. On the basis of routine treatment, the treated group were given additional Bushen Jiedu Granule 10-20 g, 1 or 2 timesa day; the patients with severe symptoms were given additional Shenshuai Guanchang Liquid, which were kept-in higher position. While the control group were given oxyamli aldehydum rectum 5-10 g tid and Daihuang Granule 2 pieces tid. Results： The promoting degree of Scr, Ccr, Hb, and 24 urine protein content and the therapeutic effects of the recent and the forward stage of the treated group was significantly superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05-0.01 ）. Conclusion： The method of reinforcing the healthy qi and slow regulation can remarkably promote the renal function, improve the life quality and delay the occurrence of ureamia.
