摘要
为了给运动训练专业实习工作的顺利开展提供参考,为实习改革和规范化提供实证材料,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对体育院校运动训练专业实习的现状进行调查,并对实习时间的选择和安排、指导教师的分配、实习基地的建设以及实习成绩的评定等问题进行分析和探讨。结果显示:1)运动训练专业实习应选择相对集中的模式;2)实习总时间应在13～20周,安排在第七学期(20周)为最佳;3)实习基地的层次和地点分布要就学生培养目标和就业需求综合考虑。
The results supported reference for the educational practice reform and standardization of exercise sciences specialty in institute of physical education.This paper used the methods of questionnaire to investigate and analyze the current situation of practice of exercise sciences specialty in institute of physical education.The questions included the practice time and time distribution and the choice of practice base and evolutional method.The resulting showed that（1）The mode of practice should choose relative focus.（2） The practice time should arrange 13-20 weeks.The way that chooses 20 weeks and arrange in the seventh semester was the best.（3） The choice of practice base should think over the object and employment.
