摘要
分析了体育院校校外实习的现状及其滞后于教育改革的原因;;阐述了新形势下，实习管理工作的新思路，提出与社会主义市场经济体制，教育体制相适应，以义务和利益为调节的实习新体制及相应对策。
The hotspot and the nodus in the education re formation are the praxis out of the institute ofphysical education. The object and the step in the praxis administrate were bring forward at the presenttime for the person with ability in physicaleducation and the demand to the society development.
