摘要
上湾煤表面含氧基团较多,亲水性强,对成浆不利。利用煤焦油对上湾煤进行改性,即在上湾煤磨制过程中加入一定量的煤焦油,使得疏水的煤焦油对上湾煤表面富含亲水性基团的部分进行覆盖。通过接触角试验发现,经过改性的上湾煤表面疏水性显著提高,在一定浓度下表观黏度下降,最大成浆浓度达到62%以上。
There are more radicals containing oxygen on the surface of Shangwan coal,having strong hydrophilicity,and being unfavourable to slurry-becoming.By using coal tar,the property of Shangwan coal can be modified.i.e.adding certain coal tar in the pulverizing process of Shangwan coal,making the hydrophobic coal tar to precoat part of Shangwan coal's surface enriched hydrophilic radicals.It is discovered from contact angle test that the hydrophobicity on the surface of Shangwan coal has been substantially enhanced after modifying its property,the apparent viscosity being decreased under certain concentration,the maximum slurry-becoming concentration reached above 62%.
