摘要
为解决太西选煤厂二分区大直径旋流器分选下限不足和氧化煤泥可浮性差的问题,在无压给料三产品重介旋流器分选+浮选的联合工艺基础上增设粗煤泥回收工艺,同时采用重选工艺代替浮选工艺对氧化煤泥进行回收。生产实践表明,煤泥回收工艺改造后二分区氧化煤泥浮选"跑粗"现象得到有效改善,实现了原煤的全粒级高效分选和回收。
To solve the problems of insufficient of lower limit of separation size in large diameter cyclone and the poor floatability of oxidized coal slime, the coarse slime separation process was added into the original separation process, which is the three product gravity -fed heavy medium cyclone plus flotation process in No. 2 branch of Taixi coal preparation plant, while using the gravity separation process replaced the flotation process to recovery the oxidized coal. The production practice shows that after the modification, the problem of coarse slime lost in the process of flotation is significantly reduced in No. 2 branch of Taixi coal preparation, realized the raw coal with the whole size fraction was separated and recovered efficiently.
