摘要
目的观察氟尿嘧啶合扶正抑瘤颗粒诱导荷瘤小鼠肝癌细胞H22凋亡的超微结构。方法建立肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠动物模型。随机分为空白组、模型组、氟尿嘧啶组、氟尿嘧啶合扶正抑瘤颗粒4组,通过透射电镜观察4组肿瘤细胞的超微结构变化。结果氟尿嘧啶合扶正抑瘤颗粒组作用明显,其肝癌细胞核异染色质边聚成半月状,线粒体缩小明显,电子密度增加。结论氟尿嘧啶合扶正抑瘤颗粒能增强抗肿瘤作用,导致肝癌细胞的凋亡。
Objective To observe the ultrastructure of apoptosis of hepatoma H22 cells in tumorbearing mice induced by 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) combined with Fuzheng Yiliu granule. Methods Tumorbearing mice models of H= Hepatoma were estabhshed and divided into control group, model group, 5-Fu group and 5-Fu combined with Fuzheng Yiliu granule group. The uhrastructural changes of tumor cells in four groups were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results Hepatoma H22 ceils in 5-Fu combined with Fuzheng Yiliu granule group had obvious changes, the mitochondrion was obviously reduced, the electron density was increased, and the heterochromatin around the caryotheca was clearly shown with a semilunar appearance. Conclusion 5-Fu combined with Fuzheng Yiliu granule can strengthen the antitumor effect, and promote the apoptosis of hepatoma Ha cells.
