摘要
复合型人才的培养和选拔能够有效增强图书馆的行业竞争力,防止馆员职业的弱化。针对当前现状,提出了图书馆员职业生涯发展的策略。
The training and selection of compound talents can affectively enhance the competitiveness of librarians,as well as prevent the weakening of professional librarians.In view of the current situation,some strategies for librarian＇s professional career development were proposed.
