三网融合的背景下,有线网络与各电信运营商之间的业务进行相互融合、竞争,各电信运营商们不断地蚕食着广电最后一点传统业务——电视业务。针对当前现状,有线网络应加强对每一项工程的严格管理、考核,依靠建立项目经理的方式,实现突破转型发展。
