摘要
用十二水合硫酸铁铵直接焙烧的方法制备了固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3,并以其为催化剂,以乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成了乙酸正丁酯,考察了反应的影响因素。实验结果表明,最佳实验条件为乙酸和正丁醇的摩尔比为1∶1.4、催化剂用量为1.2g、反应时间为60min,此时酯化率可达99%以上。
SO2-4/Fe2O3,a solid superacid catalyst,was prepared by calcinating the ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate.Using it as catalyst,acetic acid and n-butanol as reactants,the preparation of n-butyl acetate was improved.The influence factors and its catalytic performance were investigated and optimized,including reaction time,molar ratios of acetic acid to n-butanol,amount of catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were as fellows: The molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol is 1∶1.4.The catalyst is 1.2 g.The reaction time is 60 min.The yield of n-buty acetate is more than 99%.
