摘要
目的研究腹腔注射水杨酸钠对豚鼠下丘Mg2+浓度的影响,探讨Mg2+在耳鸣发生机制中的作用。方法 16只豚鼠随机分为实验组(n=8),腹腔注射水杨酸钠下丘组;对照组1(n=4),腹腔注射生理盐水下丘组;对照组2(n=4),腹腔注射水杨酸钠尾壳核组。利用活体微透析取样在线电化学检测技术,活体实时动态检测Mg2+浓度的变化。结果实验组豚鼠腹腔注射水杨酸钠约1.5 h后,下丘Mg2+浓度显著性下降,降至原浓度的(62.2±16.3)%;对照组1、2给药前、后目标脑区Mg2+浓度没有显著性变化。结论水杨酸钠注射后下丘Mg2+浓度的显著性降低可能与水杨酸钠导致的耳鸣有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the change of magnesium(Mg2+)in the inferior colliculus(IC)of guinea pigs induced by intraperitoneal sodium salicylate injection during the process of tinnitus.METHODS 16 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups: the experimental group(n=8),studying the changes in IC after intraperitoneal sodium salicylate injection;control group 1(n=4),studying the changes in IC after intraperitoneal physiological saline injection;control group 2(n=4),studying the changes in the nucleus caudatus putamen after intraperitoneal sodium salicylate injection.The concentration of Mg2+ was continuously monitored by in vivo microdialysis coupled with online selective electrochemical detection.RESULTS In the experimental group,the concentration of Mg2+ in IC decreased significantly to(62.2±16.3)% of the basal level 1.5 hours after intraperitoneal injection of sodium salicylate;In control group 1 and 2,there was no significant changes of the Mg2+ in the target brain regions after intraperitoneal injection.CONCLUSION The significant decrease of Mg2+ in IC may be involved in the process of tinnitus induced by salicylate.
