摘要
为制备中间相沥青基镀镍碳纤维,本文对比研究了电磁搅拌法和超声波法两种镀镍工艺,结果表明,两种工艺均可制备出表面镍含量较高的碳纤维,但超声波法制备的镀镍碳纤维的连续性优于电磁搅拌法,适合后续结构型吸波复合材料的制备。对镀镍碳纤维的电磁性能的研究发现,镀镍后碳纤维的电损耗参数下降,磁导率提高,利于低频带吸收。利用中间相沥青基镀镍碳纤维制备出树脂基复合材料,对其吸波性能进行测试,研究结果发现:以镀镍纤维层间全平行排布铺层制备的复合材料与未加镀镍碳纤维的相比,同时提高了在低频带和高频带的吸波效果,在14.88GHz吸收峰峰值为-27.62dB,低于-5dB的累积频宽约为14GHz,低于-10dB的累积频宽约为6.5GHz,吸波效果明显。
In order to prepare mesophase pitch-based nickel-plated carbon fibers,two kinds of nickel plating methods,electromagnetic stirring electroless and ultrasonic wave electroless,were compared.The results indicate that carbon fibers with high Ni-P content surfaces were successfully prepared by these two methods,and ultrasonic nickel plating method was suited for preparing continuous fibers.The research shows that after electroless nickel,the electromagnetic parameter of carbon fibers has decreased while the equivalent permeability increased,which is fit for the absorbing in low frequency.Epoxy resin composites were prepared by using electroless nickel carbon fibers as reinforcement,and the radar absorbing properties were studied also.The results show that the radar absorbing properties of the composites have been improved in both high frequency and low frequency when using parallel-arranged electroless nickel fibers respect to those without electroless nickel fibers.The maximum radar absorption of whole the composite with parallel-arranged electroless nickel fibers is-27.62dB at 14.88GHz and the total bandwidth lower than-5 dB is about 14GHz,bandwidth lower than-10dB is 6.5GHz,the radar absorbing property is remarkable.
