摘要
运用模态综合技术和弹性力学理论,研究了由路面不平度引起的车身动应力的形成机理及其仿真计算方法。将其应用于样车车身骨架结构的动态强度分析与设计,从底盘与车身的模态参数和路面激励两方面分析了样车动应力的特征。样车的动态强度试验,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性。
By utilizing modal synthesis technique and theory of elastic mechanics,the formation mechanism and simulation method of vehicle body dynamic stress caused by road unevenness are studied.They are then applied to the dynamic strength analysis and design of sample vehicle body frame,and the features of dynamic stress are analyzed in respects of road excitation and the modal parameters of chassis and body.The dynamic strength test on sample vehicle verifies the correctness of simulation results.
