摘要
在经济全球化程度日益提高的今天,创新国际化显得尤为重要。针对我国地方创新国际化存在的诸多不足,政府和有关部门应当审时度势,根据各自区域资源与创新优势,通过产学研战略联盟、知识产权保护及政府财政支持等措施,促进区域的自主创新及其国际化进程。
When global economy increases day by day,innovation internationalization turns particularly important.Considering many limitations in local innovation of our country,the government and its relevant departments should think about their own advantages of regional resources and innovation,and then make some suggestions for themselves＇ innovation internationalization development.These suggestions may contain union of production and research,Intellectual property protection and government financial support and so on.
