摘要
以系统观的视角研究了企业知识创新系统,深入分析了企业知识创新的动态过程。将企业知识创新过程、创新模式与创新环境联合起来进行考察,提出了企业知识创新系统的一般模型。阐述了创新系统的运行模式,并针对企业知识创新系统的特点,探讨了企业知识创新系统自组织演进的过程。
This paper has studied the enterprise knowledge innovation system with the system view, analyzes the dynamic process of enterprise knowledge innovation, couples with knowledge innovation process, innovation pattern and innovation environment, proposes the general model of enterprise knowledge innovation system, elaborats the movement pattern of innovation system, and discusses self-organization of enterprise knowledge innovation system aiming at the characteristic of knowledge innovation system.
