摘要
论述了高效液相色谱法测定氟铃脲含量的方法。采用反相色谱柱分离，紫外检测器检测，外标法定量。方法标准偏差０ ．３６ ％ ，变异系数０ ．４ ．％ ，回收率在９８ ．３ ％ ～１０２ ．０ ％
A new method is introduced for analysis hexaflumuron by HPLC.It was separated by reverse phase Liquid chromatography column,detected with UV detector and. determined by external standara.The method gave acceptable result on the standard deviation,coefficient of variation and recovery.
