摘要
本文研究了山东泗水东亚钳蝎毒对离体家兔心房和犬离体主动脉、肾动脉及椎动脉条的作用。实验表明,蝎毒可明显增加家兔心房肌收缩幅度50％(P<0.01),心率无明显改变(P>0.05),于药后20min呈阵发性心动过速。蝎毒能引起犬主动脉、肾动脉和推动脉条的收缩(P<0.01),并出现自发的节律性收缩,妥拉苏林能拮抗蝎毒收缩犬主动脉条的作用。
The paper reports the effects of venom collected from scorpions of Buthus martensii Karsch in Sishui, Shandong province on the isolated atrium of rabbits and blood vessels of dogs. In our experiments, Buthotoxin increased contracting tension of isolated rabbits atrium, but had very little effect on the heart rate and induced paroxysmal auricular tachycardia. The tests showed that Buthotoxin increased contraction tension of aortic, renal and vertebral artery strips and induced autonomic and rhythmic contracting of those artery strips.
