摘要
本文进行了小鼠iv和ip东亚钳蝎毒的急性实验,实验结果按改良寇氏法和序贯法算得iv和ip蝎毒的LD_(50)分别为1.72±0.16mg/kg和2.74±0.07mg/kg。小鼠急性中毒表现为流涎、竖尾、惊厥、小便失禁,严重者死亡。
We reports the acute toxic action of the venom of Buthus martensii Karsch by parenteral administration in mice. Results showed that LD_(50) of venom of Buthus martensii Karsch were 1.72±0.16mg/kg ((?)±SD) by iv and 2.72±0.07mg/kg by ip. The toxic manifestation were sllalism, upright tail, convulsion, incontinentia of urinae.
