摘要
应用骨黏合剂固定骨折越来越受到关注。寻求具有良好生物相容性、可降解、无不良反应作用、在常温下能实现快速粘合以及不影响骨折愈合特性的骨黏合剂已成为医学和生物材料领域的研究重点。医用骨黏合剂的发展经历了早期的α-氰基丙烯酸酯类和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥,发展为近年来具有生物活性的骨水泥以及多糖类骨黏合剂,它们的性能得到了不断改善。现就这些医用骨黏合剂的粘接机制、理化和生物学特性、骨折应用等方面进行综述。
The application of medical bone adhesives fixing bone fracture is drawing more and more attention.Finding ideal bone adhesives with good biocompatibility,degradability,rapid adhesion in normal temperature,no adverse effect and no influence on fracture healing features has become the research focus in the field of medical and biological materials.The performance of medical bone adhesives in its development history had improved from initial α-cyanoacrylate glues and polymethylmethacrylate to bioactive bone cement and polysaccharid glues in the past few years.Here is to review the medical bone adhesives in the aspect of adhesive mechanisms,physichemical and biological characteristic,applications in fractures fixation,and so on.
