摘要 无刷直流电机继承了直流电机运行效率高、调速性能好等优点,同时,克服了直流电机电刷带来的噪声、火花等缺点,在诸多领域得到广泛应用。为改善无刷直流电机控制系统的性能,本文研究模糊自适应PI控制器在无刷直流电机控制系统的应用。系统以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器为控制器设计了控制系统硬件,基于DSP/BIOS嵌入式操作系统开发了系统软件,实现了对无刷直流电机的控制。实验表明,系统具有良好的鲁棒性、可靠性、实时性,且系统的升级、扩展便捷简单。 Brushless direct current motor(BLDC) has been widely used in numerous fields,since it carrys on the virtues for direct current motor of being high efficiency,and good performance of speed governing.At the meantime,it also overcome the weaknesses of direct current motor,such as to cause noise,sparks,etc.For improving the performance of BLDC control system,this paper study the application of fuzzy adaptive PI controller in BLDC control system.In this system,the hardware based on the controller TMS320F2812 Digital Signal Processor(DSP),the software based on the DSP/BIOS embedded operation system are designed,the control of BLDC are implemented.By means of experiments,it can draw a conclusion that the system is robustness,dependability and Real-time,also,easy to be upgraded and expanded.
