摘要
介绍一种基于DSP的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统,采用端电压过零检测方法提取转子位置信号,利用DSP的优越性能消除了深度滤波,采用预定位的起动方法并进行了详细分析。构建了电流速度双闭环系统,简述了实现该控制系统的软件和硬件设计方案及控制策略,并给出了试验结果。
In this paper, a control system for sensorless and brushiess DC motor based on a high speed digital processor (DSP) is presented. The back-EMF commutation method is used to gain the position signal of rotor. The start method by means of rotor pro-setting for the BLDCM without position sensor is analyzed in this paper. The dual close-loop control for the current and speed is realized and the soRware and hardware design solutions for this system based on DSP are described.
