摘要
目的:观察桑椹多糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)和高能量饲料诱发的2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,ip 30 mg·kg-1STZ建立T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病模型对照组、桑椹多糖低剂量组(ig150 mg·kg-1·d-1)、中剂量组(ig 300 mg·kg-1·d-1)、高剂量组(ig 450 mg·kg-1·d-1)及罗格列酮治疗组(ig 4 mg·kg-1·d-1)。持续ig给药60 d后测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素(Ins)的含量。结果:桑椹多糖治疗组与模型组比较,FBG,HbAlc,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和Ins水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:桑椹多糖能有效地降低T2DM模型大鼠的血糖,促进Ins分泌,调节血脂。
Objective:To observe the influence of Mori Fructus polysaccharide(FMP) on blood glucose,serum lipoprotein in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin(STZ) and high-energy diet.Method: Type 2 diabetes model was induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and STZ ip at 30 mg·kg-1.Rats were randomly divided into groups: model group,FMP low dose(ig 150 mg·kg-1·d-1)and middle dose(ig 300 mg·kg-1·d-1)and high dose treatment group(ig 450 mg·kg-1·d-1),rosiglitazone treatment group(ig 4 mg·kg-1·d-1).Blood glucose,serum lipoprotein,HbAlc,Ins contents in rats were detected after 60 d of continuous medication.Result: Compared with the model group,FMP could significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose,HbAlc,TG,TCH and LDL(P0.05),and improve the level of HDL and Ins(P0.05).Conclusion: FMP can effectively reduce rat's blood glucose of T2DM,promote Ins secretion,regulate serum lipoprotein.
