摘要
从泵容积效率出发,分析了气体和使用气锚对有杆泵抽油井泵容积效率的影响,建立了采用气锚时果体积排量与吸入压力及实际地面产液量之间的函数关系,并对泵气锚动态进行了计算分析,得出:当泵吸入口压力低及地层气油比高时,使用气锚有助于提高泵的容积效率;下气锚的井,不需要过大的沉没度。根据建立的函数关系式,可直接计算泵的容积效率和所需的泵的体积排量,或迭代求出地面产液量。结果表明,该方法对含气油井的开采具有较大的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the influence of gas and the use of gas anchor in a pumping well on pump volumetric efficiency (V_e) from the V_e Point of view, establishes the functional relation of the pump volume tric displacement rate (P_d), pump intake pressure and the real liquid production at surface while using the gas anchor, calculates and analyzes the performance of a pump and gas anchor, presents the application time and the improved percentage of the pump efficiency by using it. Based on the established functional relation, the V_e and the required P_d can be calculated directly, or the total liquid production rate at surface can be calculat ed indirectly. The analysis results showed that this method has a great significance for the production of oil wells in the presence of gas.
