摘要
要减少气体对泵效的影响,最有效的方法就是使用气锚,本文从泵容积效率出发,阐述了气体和气锚与泵容积效率的关系,从理论上计算了不同气油比、气锚沉没压力对泵容积效率的影响,给出了气锚提高泵效时,沉没压力应满足的条件,对气锚的应用具有指导意义。
To reduce the impact of gas on pump efficiency,the most effective method is to use gas anchor.The paper described the relationship of gas,gas anchor and the pump volumetric efficiency,calculated theoretically the influence of different GOR and submergence pressure on pump volumetric efficiency,gave the conditions that the submergence pressure of gas anchor should meet when the gas anchor is used to improve pump efficiency.The paper can guide the application of gas anchor.
