摘要
基本药物制度作为现阶段我国医疗卫生体制改革的重点,其相关政策的顺利执行起着关键作用。基本药物零差率政策在基层医疗卫生机构推行一年多以来,存在的问题也逐步显现。本文着重分析该政策的实施现状及存在问题,并提出相应的改善措施。
The essential drug system is the key point of the health care reform in China,therefore the successful implementation of its relevant policies are very important. Since the practice of the zero slip policy of essential drugs in basic medical and health institutions,problems have been emerging gradually. This article analyzed the implementation status of the policy and the existing problems,and proposed measures for the improve- ment.
