摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑与奋乃静治疗少年儿童精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例少年儿童精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组40例，研究组口服阿立哌唑治疗，对照组口服奋乃静治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗第1周、2周、4周、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．01），同期两组评分差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）；治疗8周末，研究组显效率70．0％、总有效率90．0％，对照组分别为67．5%、87．5％；两组显效率、总有效率差异均无显著性（P〉O．05）。研究组静坐不能、扭转性痉挛、体重增加不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论阿立哌唑与奋乃静治疗儿童精神分裂症疗效显著且相当，但阿立哌唑安全性更高，依从性更好，可作为治疗少年儿童精神分裂症的一线药物。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of aripirazole vs. prephenazine in the treatment of juvenile and child schizophrenia. Methods Eighty juvenile and child schizophrenis were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients each, research group took orally aripi prazole and control group did prephenazine for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before and at the end of the 1^st, 2^nd ,4th and 8th week treatment. Results After treatment, the total and each factor scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment（P〈0.01）, contemporary group comparicsons showed no significant differences （P〉 0. 05） ; at the end of the 8th week, there were no significant differences in obvious and total effective rates between two groups （70.0% vs. 67.5%, 90.0% vs. 87.5%, P〉0.05）. The incidences of akathisia, torsion spasm and weight gain were significantly lower in the research than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aripirazole and perphenazine have same significant efficacy in juvenile and child schizophrenia, but the former has higher safety and better compliance, and can be used as the first-line drug for juvenile and child schizophrenia.
