摘要
以200 mL含Cr(Ⅵ)300 mg.L-1模拟废水作为试验液,采取单因素试验法研究用201×7阴离子交换树脂处理含铬废水,研究了在交换过程中不同的废水pH值、处理时间、树脂用量和废水的流量对处理效果的影响。得出静态交换的最佳工艺条件是:pH值为3~3.5,交换时间为3 h,树脂用量为2.5 g,固定废液初始浓度为300 mg.L-1,流速为20 BV.h-1(床层体积)。进行动态交换试验,得出可以处理废水量约为65 BV.h-1,树脂的吸附量在19.496 mg.g-1以上,处理后的清液达到65 BV时,Cr(Ⅵ)浓度仍符合国家规定的排放标准。
The analogue wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ) 300 mg/L was treated with 201×7 aion exchange resin.The pH,treatment time,amount of resin and the flux on the treatment effect were analyzed.According to single factor experiments,the optimal treatment conditions for the static exchange were obtained: pH 3~3.5,processing time 3 h,resin amount was 2.5 g;the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)was 300 mg/L,flux was 20 BV/h.and the dynamic exchange experiments showed that,when amount of treatment flux was about 65BV,the adsorption capacity was 19.496 mg/g,the Cr(Ⅵ) concentration could meet the country standard.
