摘要
以木素磺酸钙为原料,利用反相悬浮聚合技术制备出球状木素基离子交换树脂,详细研究了树脂对Cr3+和Cr2O2-7的吸附特性。结果表明,树脂对Cr2O2-7的吸附作用弱,但对Cr3+表现出良好的吸附性能。溶液pH值越高,树脂对Cr3+的吸附量越大;前期吸附速度快,40min后吸附速率趋缓;升高温度能明显提高前期吸附速率。树脂对重金属离子的吸附是离子交换、物理吸附和电荷中和共同作用的结果。
A spherical lignin-based ion exchange resin was prepared by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique with calcium lignosulfonate as raw material. The adsorption properties of the resins for Cr^3+ and Cr_2O^2- _7 were studied in detail. The resin showed weak absorption affinity for Cr_2O^2- _7 but good for Cr^3+ . The absorption capacity for Cr^3+ increased with the increase of pH value. The adsorption rate was high in the earlier stage but low after 40 min. And the earlier stage adsorption rate rose obviously with the rise of temperature. It is speculated that the absorption mechanisms of the resins for heavy metal ion include ion exchange, physical adsorption and charge neutralization.
