116株鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株的耐药情况分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解近5年来川东北地区鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,为医院感染控制和临床治疗提供实验室依据。方法:收集2005年1月-2010年1月临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌共116株,采用琼脂平皿二倍稀释法测定22种抗菌药物对实验菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:116株鲍曼不动杆菌对多粘菌素全部敏感,对利福霉素耐药率最高(97.4%),对美罗培南的耐药率最低(1.7%),对亚胺培南和米诺环素耐药率低,对氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素和四环素的耐药率介于56%到89%之间。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌对多种临床常用抗生素耐药,应重视该菌的耐药监测与感染治疗,制定有效的感染控制措施,预防和控制医院感染的发生。 Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii in northeast Siehuan areas in past five years, which can provide laboratory evidence for hospital infection control and clinical treatment. Methods: 116 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii were obtained from clinical isolates from January 2005 to January 2010. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 22 types of antibiotics were determined with the agar dilution method. Results: 116 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii were all sensitive to poly- myxin. The resistant rate to rifamycin, 97.4% , was the highest, whereas resistance rate to meropenem, 1.7% , was the lowest. Imipenem and minoeyeline also showed low resistance. The resistant rates to the other 4 types of antibiotics (aminoglycosides, quinolones, chloramphenicol and tetracycline) ranged from 56% to 89%. Conclusion: Acinetobacter Baumannii showed resistance to many commonly used antibiotics, hence the moninturing of its resistance and infection treatment should be paid more attention to, and effective infection control measures should be taken to prevent and control hospital infection.
