摘要
目的了解西安地区不动杆菌β-内酰胺酶的产生情况,分析其与抗生素耐药的关系。方法采用NCCLS推荐方法及文献所使用方法,对收集的120株不动杆菌进行产ESBLs,AmpC的检测和药敏实验。结果120株不动杆菌,产ESBLs有20株,检出率为16.7,产AmpC酶31株,检出率为25.8,产酶株耐药率明显高于非产酶株。结论产AmpC酶和ESBLs是西安地区不动杆菌耐药的主要机制。
Objective This study was to survey acinetobacter β-lactamases-producing in xi'an city and analyze the responsibility of drug resistance with β-lactamases-producing. Methods Acinetobacters were detected by NCCLS suggested and reported methods to screen and confirm the presence of ESBLs and AmpC,choose antibiotics to test antibiotics susceptibility. Results 20 strains were confirmed with the presence of ESBLs and 31 strains were confirmed with AmpC-producing in 120 strains isolated acinetobacters. The rate of detection were 16.7% and 25.8% respectively. The drug resistance rate of β-lactamases-producing strains was higer than no β-lactamases-producing. Conclusion ESBLs and AmpC producing is responsible for the acinetobacters drug resistance in xi'an city.
