摘要
受诚信缺失困扰的现代社会,高校图书馆开展馆员诚信教育,是提高馆员个体素质和读者服务质量的重要途径,是加强图书馆文化建设的重要方面,更是完善高校诚信教育体系的重要内容。针对目前馆员诚信教育的现状,指出图书馆需将馆员诚信教育规范制度化、内容扩大化、手段多样化以及效果档案化。
In the modern society troubled by the lack of credibility,university library＇s carrying out the credit education for librarians,which is an important way to improve the individual quality of librarians and the quality of service fir readers,is an important aspect of enhancing the construction of library culture and an important content of improving university＇s credit education system. In the light of the current status of the credit education,this paper points out that the library should institutionalize the norms of the credit education for librarians,expand the contents of the credit education for librarians,diversify the means of the credit education for librarians,and archivalize the effects of the credit education for librarians.
