STAT蛋白是JAK(Janus kinase)/STAT通路中重要的JAK的底物。
Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),a kind of potential nuclear factor in cytoplasm, is involved in myocardial protection and hypertrophy, and impacts on the vasculature and the extracellular matrix (ECM)via paracrine pathways.By collecting numerous data from experimental and clinical studies,we provide an overview on STAT3 signaling and summarize the current understanding of the role of STAT3 in cardiac remodeling in this review.
