胰胆管汇合异常与胆道癌的关系 被引量：3

摘要 胰胆管汇合异常（pancreaticobiliary maljunction,PBM）为先天发育异常导致胆胰管在十二指肠壁外高位汇合的一种形态学畸形.本研究于经皮经肝胆管引流术（percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage,PTCD）或T管造影胰管显影确诊PBM的阻塞性黄疸患者根据病理结果探讨了PBM与胆道癌的关系,以提高胆道癌的临床早期诊断.
