摘要
脑膜血管周细胞瘤（meningeal hemangiopericytoma，M—HPC）容易复发和远处转移，由于其形态学相似于孤立性纤维性肿瘤（solitary fibrous tumor，SFT），常被误诊。我们总结了17例M—HPC，并收集5例颅内SFT作为对照，分析其临床病理学特征和免疫表型，并讨论其鉴别诊断。
