摘要
我们主要研究了由双色噪声驱动的肿瘤细胞Logistic生长模型.推导了近似福克-普朗克方程,分析了相关参数对定态概率分布函数和平均首通时间的影响,发现色噪声强度和关联时间在对稳态概率密度的影响方面起着相反的作用;平均首通时间随关联噪声时间的增大而增大,随乘性色噪声强度和色交叉关联噪声强度的增大而减小,因而可以通过控制乘性色噪声强度来调控变异细胞的衰亡速率.
The effects of correlated noises on the Logistic growth system of tumor cell are investigated in this paper.We derive the approximate Fokker-Planck equation and analyze the effects of correlated parameters on steady-state probability distribution and mean first passage time.We find that the correlation time and colored noise intensity play an opposite role in determining the steady-state probability distribution.The mean first passage time increases with the incretion of correlation time and decreases with the incretion of multiplicative noise intensity and strength of colored cross correlation.Thus we can control the extinction velocity of abnormal cell by changing the multiplicative noise intensity.
