摘要
建设学习型社会,需要大量的学习型个人。职业教育必须构建一种新型教学的模式,以培养学习型的技术人才。该教学模式在指导思想、教学目标,内容、方法、手段、形式等方面,都应突出培养学生的自学意识、学习能力及对新事物、新知识的领悟和接受能力。
Building a learning society needs a large number of learning individuals. Vocational education should construct a new-type teaching mode in order to foster learning-type technicians. The mode should help the students develop self-study consciousness, learning ability and the ability to comprehend and accept new things and new knowledge in many respects such as guiding idea, teaching goal, content, method, means and form.
