阿片肽的结构与功能研究进展

摘要 乳源性阿片肽具有镇痛、镇静等多种生理功能.本研究还发现,阿片肽在神经与免疫的关系中发挥着非常重要的作用,因此被称为神经免疫肽。至今已发现了大量的阿片肽。阿片肽的结构特点决定其与阿片受体的亲合力,也显示了其可能的药用价值。对阿片肽一级结构的改造,可影响阿片肽与其受体的亲和力及体内被酶解的程度。本文综述了阿片肽的结构与功能的关系. Opioid peptides play a very important role in the relationship between the nervous system and immune system, and they are known as neural immune peptide. So far, many opioid peptides had been found. Their structure characteristics determine the opioid receptors binding affinity, as it demonstrates the potential medicinal value. The modification of opioid peptides' primary structure may affect the opioid receptors binding affinity and enzymolysis degree in vivo. This paper reviews the relationship between structure and function of opioid peptides.
