摘要 目的:用甲壳素替代药物作稀释法药敏试验,探讨甲壳素对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。方法:稀释法药敏试验用于定量检测甲壳素对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的体外最低押菌药物浓度。结果:测试180株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌,6.7%的菌株对128μg/nd敏感,58.3%的菌株对32μg,/ml敏感,17.8%的菌株对16μg/ml敏感,3.9%的菌株对8μg/ml敏感。最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值在≤8μg/ml-≥128μg/ml范围之间。结论:临床对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染的治疗较为棘手。本研究显示甲壳素对其具有良好的抑菌活性。对甲壳素进一步开发利用,在临床治疗与新药研制方面都具有深远的意义。 Objective:To discuss the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the multi -drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa by nseing chitin instead of drugs for dilution susceptibility test. Method: Dilution susceptibility test was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of the multi - drug resistant Pseudo- monas aeruglnosa in vitro quantitatively. Results:Having tested 180 strains of multi -resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,6.7% of the strains were sensitive at a concentration of 128μg/ml;58.3% of the strains were sensitive at 32μg/ml;17.8% of the strains were sensitive at 16μg/ml and 3.9% of strains were sensitive at 8μg/ml. Minimum inhibitory concentration values ranged from 8μg/ml to 128μg/ml. Conclusion:It was difficult in clinical treatment about the infection of multi - drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Chitin have good antibacterial activity in the study. Further development and utilization of chitin is of significance in the area of clinical treat-ment and new drug development.
