摘要
甲壳质资源丰富,易化学修饰和成膜,是一种制备耐酸碱、耐热性能良好和具有极好生物相溶性膜的新型膜材料。本文详述了它在超滤、反渗透、渗透蒸发、透析膜、气体分离膜、离子交换膜、固定化酶膜及医学用膜的制备及应用。
Chitin is the most aboundant naturally occurring amino polysaccharide. Chitosan is the N—deacetylated product of chitin. They have recently begun to attract much attention in both basic and applied research fields, including not only biology and biochemisty, but also organic and polymer chemistry, pharmacology and medicine. Among some unique properties of chitin and chitosan, their utilization as film / membrane materials seems to be one of the most attractive and promising functions. They have been used as membrane materials for ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, pervaporation, ion exchange, enzyme immobilizing and biomedicine (suture, wound dressing and hemostatic sponge etc.). Their preparations and applications have been reviewed indetail.
