摘要
建立了一种贝氏体相变的Ginzburg-Landau理论模型.该模型设计了贝氏体相变的一种耦合机制,即转变过程包含两个一级相变,一个具有重构特征(由扩散性的先共析铁素体沉淀区应所代表),另一个为位移相变由数值计算结果,建议了一种扩散诱导形核机制及扩散伴随位移生长机制.该理论有助于克服在Ms点以上进行位移相变的热力学困难,也有助于理解Bs点的物理意义并自洽解释贝氏体相变C曲线、部分过饱和。
A Ginzburg-Landau theory for bainitic transformation is devised, which contains twofirst-order phase transformations, one being reconstructive represented by the diffusional proeutectoidalprecipitation of ferrite, and the other the displacive transformation. It provides a coupled mechanismfor the formation of bainite. With the numerical simulation results, a diffusion-induced nucleation anda diffusion-accompanied growth of displacive transformation are suggested. The theory can be helpfulto overthrow the thermodynamic difficulty of displacive transformation above the Ms temperature, andalso helpful to understand the B. temperature, the partial supersaturation, the single variation of bainiticcarbides, and the incomplete-reaction phenomenon of bainitic transformation, etc.
