摘要
采用电磁搅拌协同转棒诱导形核法制备了Al-25Si合金半固态浆料,研究了转棒转速及搅拌电流对合金半固态显微组织的影响。结果表明,转速及电流过高或过低时,初生Si的尺寸较大且会聚集。当转速为500r/min、搅拌电流为25A时,能够获得分布均匀,尺寸约为25μm的初生Si颗粒且其边缘钝化。
A new type of semi-solid processing method that was electromagnetic stirring with rotating-rod induced nucleation(ES-RRIN)was used to fabricate semi-solid slurry of hypereutectic Al-25 Si alloy.Effects of rotating speed and stirring current on primary Si particles(PSPs)in hypereutectic Al-25 Si alloy were investigated.The results reveal that the size of PSPs is coarsen with agglomeration to some extent at a higher or lower rotating speed and current.The primary Si size reaches approximately 25μm with spherodization and uniform distribution at 500r/min and 25 A.
