阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的对比研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的对比阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法支原体肺炎患儿随机分成阿奇霉素治疗组和红霉素治疗组,所有患儿均给予止咳与退热处理,阿奇霉素治疗组给予阿奇霉素针剂加入5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,红霉素组给予红霉素溶解于5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注。结果阿奇霉素治疗组平均退热时间、咳嗽好转时间、肺部罗音消失时间及平均住院时间均少于红霉素治疗组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。阿奇霉素治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于红霉素治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎能得到满意的效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
